Mark was extremely informative and answered all of our questions (no matter how many follow up questions we asked). He was patient and understanding and made the process enjoyable. He even met with us in person when we were concerned about closing costs and was able to crunch the numbers and further explain where the money was going. We cant thank him enough and are so happy in our home!
