Mark Townsend was available to us night and day! He didn't only work with me, he worked for me! Without his hard work and perseverance, I may not have had the opportunity to own the house of my dreams! Mark made the made the largest decision of my life stress free, and worked harder than I did to help me meet my life long goal! not sure it went as smoothly as we all thought, and I get it is a new program. Didn't seem as seamless as I expected, still info needed throughout the process. The appraisal process was frustrating (not Mark's fault) and the paperwork at the end was incorrect. I am sure it is still being perfected and understandably a bit shaky to start. I will still referring other clients.
