We really appreciate all the work that everyone whom played a roll in our home purchase. We literally could not have done it without your help. Mark was our "point man" through out the proces. we are eternally grateful for his efforsts. There were a number of other folks involved and we would be remissed if we didn't thank them for their efforts as well. Our biggest stress point was the transparency and communication between everyone involved in the process. It was a steady stream of emails from a new cast of characters daily. Often asking for things we have already provided multiple time. Overall we had a good experience and would reccomend the program to others.

Mark "had our back." There was a lot going on behind the scene that we didn't have to deal with so-to-speak. It made a stressful process easier than it could have been. We were definately down to the wire. Condo insurance figures were off but Mark was able to have the issue corrected so we were to close on time. Mark will reply to me evenings and weekends as well as during regular working hours.I can always count on Mark and his fantastic team!!
